Simon Gouldman is a professional speaker and workshop facilitator with an engaging, interactive, and thought-provoking presentation style.
Simon talks on a variety of topics to enhance well-being in the workplace and beyond. He offers a series of guided meditations for mindfulness, as well as workshops for resilience, communication skills, boundary setting, and other key life/business skills.
Simon also facilitates a workshop called Biodiversity Collage, to help organisations find their way to steward our shared planet responsibly.

How to Eat Mindfully
Eating mindfully is a great way to improve your relationship with food and your body. Before playing this video have a simple piece of food to hand, such as a raisin, nut, chocolate or fruit. We will start with a grounding meditation before moving into the mindful eating practice.
